Minnie has over 15 years’ experience working in the human rights organization sector in Kenya. She is a certified professional mediator who is accredited by the Kenya Court Annexed Mediation.   Minnie is an organization development professional who is keen on systems and policies that work for both the organization and its people. She is passionate about seeing a society that is free of conflict where citizens access affordable justice freely.  Minnie has a passion in working with elderly in the society. She holds a Master’s degree in SHRM, she is currently serving as the Chairperson of Women for Dementia Africa (WfDA) and a member of IHRM-Kenya.
